Delivery New Zealand

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $99 in New Zealand.

Orders under $99 will have a shipping fee of $7.50.

We will do our best to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery time frames are below:

  • North Island: 1-3 working days
  • South Island: 2-3 working days
  • Rural Delivery: additional 1-2 working days. 

It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. All orders will be fulfilled by NZ Couriers. We apologise in advance for any courier delays that may be outside of our control.

Delivery Australia

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $99 in Australia.

Orders under $99 will have a shipping fee of $12.

We will do our best to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 1-2 weeks.

It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. All orders will be fulfilled by Australia Post. We apologise in advance for any courier delays that may be outside of our control.

Order tracking

You will receive an email notification when we have shipped your order. This email will contain a direct link to enable you to track your order via the NZ Couriers website. 

If you have an account set up on Gutsi.co.nz, you can also access the tracking link going to your ‘My Orders’ page and by clicking on the details of the order. 

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and in resalable condition, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.  Refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your order.

If you have received a faulty, leaky or damaged product, please contact us at hello@gutsi.co.nz to organise a refund. 

Please note, that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless the goods are faulty or sent to you in error, in which case we will reimburse postage costs.
