Shipping & Returns


We offer FREE shipping for all orders in New Zealand.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Estimated delivery times:

  • North Island: 1-3 working days
  • South Island: 2-3 working days
  • Rural Delivery: additional 1-2 working days. 

It is recommended you provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. All orders will be fulfilled by NZ Couriers.   

Order tracking

You will receive an email notification when we have shipped your order. This email will contain a direct link to enable you to track your order via the NZ Couriers website. 

If you have an account set up on, you can also access the tracking link going to your ‘My Orders’ page and by clicking on the details of the order. 


We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and in resalable condition, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.  Refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your order.

If you have received a faulty, leaky or damaged product, please contact us at [email protected] to organise a refund. 

Please note, that the customer is responsible for paying return shipping, unless the goods are faulty or sent to you in error, in which case we will reimburse postage costs.
