Dosing Tips
Digestive enzymes are best taken before meals to maintain gut health and effective digestion.
Enzyme needs can vary based on factors including diet, amount of food consumed, age and digestive health. Not everyone requires 2 capsules with every meal. A practical approach is to start with 1 capsule per meal for a few days. If desired benefits – such as smoother digestion, regular bowel movements, consistent energy or sleep support – are not achieved, increase to 2 capsules per meal.
Best taken in capsule form. Capsules may be opened and added to 1 tablespoon of food if mixed well so as not to irritate the mouth or throat.
This product is suitable for ages 14+ and up. Younger children usually consume smaller meals and do not face the same digestive issues as adults, so 1 capsule is generally sufficient for them.
